The staff were very friendly and efficient. The bar and garden area were quite nice. I appreciated the proximity to the tram and bus stop. It's basically on the doorstep. The location felt quiet and safe at night. EVERYTHING was well maintained.
I found a few dead insects near the window.

The reception staff provided prompt, courteous assistance with check-in and directions. They were available 24/7. Housekeeping ensured the rooms were tidied daily. They provided fresh towels and toiletries. I REALLY appreciated their responsiveness.

I found the location quite convenient due to its proximity to the metro station. It only took about 20 minutes to reach central station. The staff was helpful . The room had everything i needed.
The cleanliness in common areas could be improved. I noticed dirty common toilets at the reception area.
